"Aeoniti" (also "we", "us", "our") is a SaaS product operated by Networkers Home, headquartered in Mumbai, India, with infrastructure in Paris and Frankfurt. The product is the website at aeoniti.com, the application at login.aeoniti.com, the wholesale API at api.aeoniti.com, and any other service we publish under the Aeoniti name.
You're responsible for keeping your account credentials safe. If your credentials get out, tell us at [email protected] and we'll help. You won't share an account with people outside your organization. You'll provide accurate sign-up information.
You can close your account at any time from the dashboard. We may close yours if you violate these terms or leave a balance unpaid for 30+ days.
Aeoniti tracks how brands appear across Google search and AI assistants (ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, Google AI Overview), runs deterministic site audits, and recommends concrete content/schema fixes. The exact features available to your account depend on your tier. We list current features at aeoniti.com/pricing.
We may add, change, or remove features. We won't materially reduce features paid customers received without 30 days' notice via email and via the in-product changelog at aeoniti.com/changelog.
You may use Aeoniti for any lawful business purpose. You may track your own brand, your own clients' brands (if you have authorization), and competitors as part of normal market research.

If you violate these clauses we may suspend your account immediately. We'll explain why, give you a chance to cure where reasonable, and refund pro-rata for the unused period if termination wasn't your fault.
Current prices are at aeoniti.com/pricing. We bill in advance — monthly subscriptions on the calendar month of sign-up; annual subscriptions on the anniversary. Failed payments retry for 7 days; if still failing, we downgrade to the Free tier (your data stays).
Wholesale API contracts are billed monthly in arrears against actual usage, with a contract minimum.
Prices may change. If we raise the price of a tier you're already on, you keep your current price for the duration of any annual contract you've prepaid, and for at least 90 days for monthly subscriptions, before the new price applies.
Taxes are added at checkout based on your billing address. India: 18% GST applies to Indian customers. Other regions: VAT/GST as applicable.
The Free tier is real, not a 14-day trick. There's no "card on file required after 14 days" surprise. We may impose reasonable abuse limits — anyone signing up 50+ Free accounts to evade quotas will see those accounts merged or suspended.
If a feature we promised in writing doesn't work and we can't fix it within 14 days of a clear support email to [email protected], we'll refund the prorated unused portion of your subscription. We don't offer refunds for "I changed my mind" past day 7 of a paid subscription, but you can downgrade to Free at any time.
You own your data. You can export it at any time via API. We don't sell it. We don't share it with third parties for marketing. We process it solely to provide the service to you.
We aggregate citation data across customers internally to power Aeoniti's product intelligence (smarter recommendations, hallucination detection, engine drift alerts). This aggregation strips identifiers (we hash + pepper before storing) and the aggregated data never leaves our systems — we don't publish it, sell it, or expose it via any API. If you don't want to be aggregated even after stripping, email [email protected] and we'll exclude your domains.
Detailed data handling is in the Privacy Policy. Customers processing personal data of EU/UK/CA residents through Aeoniti should request the Data Processing Agreement (Team+ tiers).
Our target is 99.5% monthly uptime for paid tiers. Today our infrastructure is single-region (Paris/Frankfurt failover), so true 99.95+ requires multi-region, which we are committed to deliver in Q4 2026 alongside our EU + US data residency rollout.
If we miss the 99.5% target in any calendar month for paid tiers, you can request a service credit equal to 10% of that month's subscription, applied to your next invoice. Email [email protected] within 30 days of the affected month.
Aeoniti is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, our maximum liability for any claim arising from your use of the service is capped at the total amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We're not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages.
Some jurisdictions don't allow limitation of certain damages — those limits don't apply where the law says they can't.
You agree to defend us against claims that arise from your misuse of the service or your violation of someone else's rights through your use of the service (for example, mass-scraping a competitor in a way that triggers their lawsuit against us).
We agree to defend you against claims that the Aeoniti software itself infringes someone's intellectual property — you tell us promptly, you let us run the defense, you don't settle without our consent.
You may terminate your account at any time by closing it from the dashboard or emailing [email protected]. We may terminate yours for material breach of these terms with 14 days' notice (immediate if there's an active security incident or unlawful use).
On termination, you have 30 days to export your data via API. After that we delete it from primary storage; backups age out within a further 90 days.
We may update these terms. If the change is material we'll email you 30 days before it takes effect. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page always reflects the current version. Your continued use after the effective date counts as acceptance.
These terms are governed by the law of India. Disputes go to the courts of Mumbai, India. For EU/UK customers, you retain any non-waivable consumer protections from your local jurisdiction.
We strongly prefer to settle disputes by email first. Email [email protected] with the issue and give us 30 days to respond before escalating.
